Cyber security

Cyber security is a subset of system quality. It is not an asset, it's a liability (I have yet to find the quote for this).

Every system must conform to its specification; no designer would want it to be abused (in any way) by third-parties as it happens in cyber security where threat actors aim to thwart system's confidentiality, integrity or availability (the CIA triad).
